FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

ROLL OFF CONTAINERS

Q:        I want to clean out my house, how large of a roll off container should I get?
A:        That is a very tough question for us to answer as we don’t know how much stuff you actually have
to throw out.  We can help by providing information about the container such as dimensions etc.

Q:        What stuff can not go in a roll off container?
A:        No hazardous materials such as oils or gases are permitted.

Q:        Are there extra charges for any items?
A:        Yes the following items may be disposed of but have an extra fee involved: TV’s, Computer
Monitors, Appliances with Freon, Box Springs, Mattresses, Batteries and Tires

Q:        How long in advance do I need to order a roll off container?
A:        Typically 24 hours in advance

Q:        How long can I keep a roll off container?
A:         All of our roll off containers include with a 14 day rental period.

Q:        I am short and don’t know how I will get things into a very tall roll off container?
A:        All of our containers have doors on the back that allow you to walk right into the container.

Q:        What types of payment do you accept?
A:        Cash, Check and all Major Credit Cards

Q:        What if it rains or snows while I am renting a roll off container?  Will all the stuff get wet and weigh a
lot more?
A:        It is our recommendation that you tarp the container in the event of heavy rain or snow. All
containers have drainage holes to allow standing water to drain so as not to add to the weight of the
container.  Items that get wet of course may get heavier and could add to the weight of your container.
